About Me

Yunlin Shan is a Fourth-year student from Craft and design (Textile) program in Sheridan College. She is interested in Free-motion embroidery sewing, digital drawing, hand drawing, and graphic design. In daily life, she likes to make yardages, bags, clothes, sculpture, tapestry, home products, and digital patterns. Her works can be used in interiors, on fabric surfaces, and on clothing.

Yunlin believes her personal style and experiences combine a lot of different ideas to form her unique themes. Sometimes, she likes to craft combined artwork with both hand-made and digital techniques. She wants people to think of her as an open and creative person who can drive a wide variety of styles. Yunlin hopes that her work can resonate with the audiences especially if they have similar cultures and experience as well. She also wants people to think that she is a detailed artist and graphic designer. Overall, she enjoys creating a variety of interesting artworks both by hand and digitally.
